We do not use standard pricing for machine embroidery. The price depends on the number of stitches in the embroidery design. Once we have uploaded your image to our software, we can calculate the exact cost and provide you with a no-obligation custom quote.

Logos can be embroidered in a variety of colours and sizes. We offer a very extensive range of colours. Please note that any logo or image you provide must first be converted into an embroidery pattern. We call this process digitising the embroidery file. This is a one-time fee of €45.



If the logo size needs to be adjusted later, we charge €15 to €20 for this.

Names, text and numbers can be embroidered without digitising, so there’s no need to create an embroidery file.

The price depends on the number of stitches in the design. Here’s an estimate:

4,000 stitches — € 6,95

5,000 stitches — € 7,55

6,000 stitches — € 8,15

7,000 stitches — € 8.75

8,000 stitches — € 9.35

9,000 stitches — € 10,05

10,000 stitches — € 10.55

Medium Logo

A standard embroidered logo usually contains 5,000 to 10,000 stitches and is approximately 10 cm wide.

Logo on Blanket or Saddle Pad

Maximum embroidery size: 38 cm wide × 26 cm high.

These designs often contain 20,000 stitches or more.
