For machine embroidery, we don’t use standard prices. The price is based on the number of stitches in the embroidery design. Once we’ve uploaded your image to our software, we can calculate the exact price and provide you with a no-obligation custom quote.

Logos can be embroidered in a variety of colours and sizes. We offer a very extensive range of colours. Please note that any logo or image you supply must first be converted into an embroidery design. We call this process digitising the embroidery file. The one-time cost is €45.



If the logo needs to be resized later, we charge €15 to €20.

Names, text and numbers can be embroidered without digitising, so no embroidery file needs to be created.

Embroidery price estimate

The price depends on the number of stitches in the design. Here’s an estimate:

4,000 stitches — € 6,95

5,000 stitches — € 7,55

6,000 stitches — € 8,15

7,000 stitches — € 8.75

8,000 stitches — € 9.35

9,000 stitches — € 10,05

10,000 stitches — € 10.55

Medium logo

A standard embroidered logo usually contains 5,000 to 10,000 stitches and is about 10 cm wide.

Logo on blanket or saddle pad

Maximum embroidery size: 38 cm wide × 26 cm high.

These designs often contain 20,000 stitches or more.
