Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through www.customdutch.nl�.

Article 3 – The offer

All products are shown as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour or print may occur.

Article 4 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and payment has been successfully completed.

Article 5 – Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days.

Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment must be made using one of the available payment methods (iDEAL, PayPal, credit card).

Article 8 – Liability

Custom Dutch is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.

Article 9 – Complaints

Complaints must be reported within a reasonable timeframe by email. We aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
